East Rutherford New Jersey’s MetLife Stadium will see WrestleMania invade on April 7th. In fact, the entire week prior will be full of WrestleMania activities.

We previously addressed some rumored WrestleMania matches, but now we have even more to talk about in the weeks since.

We’ve actually heard there are a couple of possibilities for different people so in the interest of providing you guys with the best information possible we’re going to give you all the details we’ve heard so far.

WWE changes their minds on a constant basis, but with the Royal Rumble coming up it seems like they will be going in a specific direction soon enough. So let’s get right into the list.

Brock Lesnar vs Seth Rollins

We’ve heard for a while that Lesnar vs Rollins is the plan for WrestleMania. It is also said that Roman Reigns’ leukemia will play part in this feud. Let’s see how far they take things because if given the green light, Paul Heyman could say a lot.

Daniel Bryan vs Shawn Michaels

Daniel Bryan was trained by Shawn Michaels and with HBK’s return to the WWE fold as a wrestler and The New Daniel Bryan’s heel turn, you never know if this match could happen. As time goes on, it seems even more likely because when we first heard this was the plan Bryan was a babyface. He also wasn’t WWE Champion which is apparently a decision Vince McMahon made over the weekend before Bryan won his current title.

Shawn Michaels vs AJ Styles

AJ Styles recently took on a new persona and is being billed as “The Real AJ Styles.” It’s subtle change, but we’ll just have to see how far he goes with it. After punching out Vince McMahon, you never know if this could lead to an intense storyline where Shawn Michaels gets involved in some way. AJ vs HBK has been a dream match for years. WreslteMania 35 could be the time and place for this match to happen.

Elias vs Dean Ambrose

This one is a bit of an interesting pairing, but we’ve heard whispers that it could happen. It makes sense as Dean and Elias are on opposite sides of the babyface/heel spectrum. If Ambrose is able to carry the IC Title until WrestleMania, then this could be a great chance for Elias to snatch that gold.

Elias vs The Rock

Month ago, while Elias was a heel he was throwing out jabs at The Great One and his guitar playing. This was never answered by The Rock, but some thought at the time that the seeds might have been planted for some kind of an angle down the line. Of course, Elias’ babyface turn might have changed that.

Triple H vs Batista

This match was hinted at strongly during SmackDown 1000 when Batista said that Triple H hasn’t been able to beat him yet. Triple H suffered a torn pectoral muscle at the WWE Crown Jewel event, so unless The Game can heel up lightning fast it doesn’t seem likely this match will happen.

Batista vs Randy Orton

Randy Orton could be a logical replacement for Triple H if Batista still wants to work a match at WrestleMania. They were in Evolution together as well so that story would remain intact. Only time will tell if WWE decides to make the change though, but with Orton’s continued mean streak, The Animal seems to be a great choice to stop him.

Multi-Person Title Match

There is probably going to be a multi-person match for a secondary title on the card if history has told us anything. Either the US or the IC title is up for grabs in this kind of a match. Considering that the secondary title on RAW is generally viewed as a stronger title, the United States title might be the one that ends up in this match. However, with an event like WrestleMania, you can’t count out them booking multiple multi-person matches for the big show to get as many Superstars on the card as possible.

Women’s Tag Team Championship Tournament Final

Vince McMahon announced that the Women’s Division is getting Tag Team Titles during the Christmas Eve episode of Raw. Mike Johnson speculated on PW Insider Elite audio that tournament could see its conclusion at WrestleMania. WWE already changed their original plans, but apparently, Sasha Banks and Bayley are still strong runners to be in that story. It will be very interesting to see if Team Bestie of Lita and Trish Stratus are involved in this match as well.

Women’s Battle Royal

The Fabulous Moolah Battle Royal was quickly changed to the Women’s WrestleMania Battle Royal after fans got Snickers involved. Another multi-woman battle royal is expected this year to keep with the tradition. It’s anyone’s guess who could win that match seeing how it usually doesn’t result in any kind of immediate push.

Andre The Giant Memorial Battle Royal

The Andre The Giant Memorial Battle Royal winners usually get a good push about a year after they win (if they get one at all). Another one of these battle royals is expected as well. Of course, with two battle royals on the show, one of them is likely going to be airing on the kickoff show.

Becky Lynch vs Ronda Rousey

The fans really want to see Becky Lynch vs Ronda Rousey and everything that comes with it for The Man. Their match at Survivor Series was pulled due to Lynch suffering an injury. Let’s just see if WWE will be able to keep up The Man’s momentum so they are confident enough in booking this huge singles match.

Ronda Rousey vs Becky Lynch vs Charlotte Flair

WWE could always let Lynch face Rousey, but with Charlotte Flair in the mix as well. This would not only give WWE more assurance that it’s a big match, but it could also feed into the story even more that Flair seems to be stealing Becky Lynch’s thunder every time she can.
