WWE has big plans for the future, but in order to make that happen, they need to be able to secure international television deals. It seems that their partnership with Sky is even stronger at this point as the company has announced an extension to their previous deal.
In their official announcement, it is said that WWE will extend their partnership to provide New Zealand with live programming for the 19th year of the agreement.

AUCKLAND, New Zealand and STAMFORD, Conn., December 17, 2018 – WWE (NYSE: WWE) and SKY will extend their partnership into its 19th year with a new agreement to continue broadcasting WWE programming live in New Zealand, including WWE’s flagship shows Raw® andSmackDown® as well as all of WWE’s live monthly special events, including WrestleMania®SummerSlam®Survivor Series® and Royal Rumble®.

The deal will continue to see RAW air live at 2:00 pm on Tuesdays with re-airings at 1:30 pm on Sundays. SmackDown will also continue to air live at 2:00 pm on Wednesdays with re-airings at 4:15 pm on Sundays. They will also air Main Event and a one-hour show on Sundays at 6:00 pm featuring RAW Superstars.
