Kevin Owens Reveals Text Conversation With New Japan Star

Kevin Owens started his WWE career with a match at NXT TakeOver: R Evolution against CJ Parker. During that match, Owens would get his nose broken by a palm strike from Parker. Later on, CJ Parker would leave NXT and become a big star in New Japan Pro Wrestling as Juice Robinson.
Owens and Robinson have remained friends. Owens even called Juice the best promo in the biz before. Now Owens revealed a little bit of a conversation between the two friends.
“Happy ‘breaking my nose and becoming great friends because of it’ Anniversary buddy,” Owens sent to Juice via text message.
“Hell yeah!!, Such a great wrestling friendship story,” Robinson replied along with several LOL emojis.
It’s great that these guys can still be good friends even though companies and a lot of distance might separate them.
