The working relationship between WWE and EVOLVE is blossoming, with several NXT Superstars now becoming regulars for EVOLVE programming. Superstars like The Street Profits, Kassius Ohno, Fabian Aichner and Dan Matha have found themselves on the cards of recent shows.
The indie promotion has confirmed that Santana and Ortiz of LAX will be debuting for EVOLVE at the upcoming EVOLVE 117 and 118 shows. These will take place in Queens, New York on December 15 and in Deer Park, New York on December 16.
It has now been announced that LAX will face The Street Profits and AR Fox & Leon Ruff in a triple threat tag team bout for the EVOLVE Tag Team Championship at EVOLVE 117. The day after, LAX will team with Austin Theory to face Darby Allin & The Street Profits.

This is the latest example of WWE and Impact Wrestling Superstars facing off against one another inside the squared circle. This is certainly something that has happened before, though these sorts of matches come few and far between.
