The Big Show is one of the longest-tenured Superstars with WWE. Along the way, Show has made many friends and a select number of enemies. One of the most prominent enemies Show has in the context of WWE kayfabe is with Shaquille O’Neal.
O’Neal is, of course, a retired basketball player who is said to be one of the greatest players of all time. During his time in the sport, O’Neal won numerous awards and worked for teams such as Orlando Magic, Los Angeles Lakers, Miami Heat, Phoenix Suns, Cleveland Cavaliers, and the Boston Celtics.
As a wrestling fan, O’Neal has found himself with the option to appear for WWE on numerous occasions. One of the most recent notable events he was involved in was the Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal at WrestleMania 33- where he eliminated The Big Show.
For fans that are unaware, Show and Shaq were scheduled to fight at WrestleMania. For circumstances beyond their control, as it seems, the match was never able to take place. Many fans still desire that match, given the level of talent Shaq had in the small window he had to make an impact.
Show was asked by TMZ Sports to comment on the likelihood that the two would do battle. This led to “The World’s Biggest Athlete” confirming the two would face-off someday, somehow. It might not be in a WWE ring, but it could be a Krispy Kreme donut eating competition. Anything is possible.
Check out what Show had to say:

“Shaq and I? I don’t know. I wouldn’t be surprised if you didn’t see Shaq and I square off at some point, at something, somewhere. Whether it’s a Krispy Kreme donut eat-off…somewhere, him and I are going to have to draw a line in the sand and figure out what’s what.”

For what its worth, Show also gave a comment on the match between Ronda Rousey and Charlotte Flair at Survivor Series.

“Two amazing competitors. I think now is the greatest time in the world for our women’s division to shine and show how amazing they are. That entire division is full of incredibly motivated, dedicated talent, and I’m just proud of the fact that the girls are getting the respect they finally deserve.
“Charlotte’s a beast. She’s an incredible athlete. She’s incredibly motivated, determined, and- you know, she probably trains outside of the ring harder than most people do now. She’s one of the hardest-working individuals I’ve ever seen.”
