Jason Jordan suffered a neck injury about a year ago and although he had the surgery and has rehabilitated his injury, reports are he is still having problems with grip strength which isn’t a good sign. Hopefully, he’ll be able to find a role backstage as reports were he was shadowing to become a WWE producer.
Paige was forced to retire due to the injuries to her neck that accumulated since wrestling since the womb. She great up taking bumps and at this point, spinal stenosis, the same problem Edge suffers from made her return far too young. She is still around WWE on television as an authority figure on SmackDown Live and cast member of Total Divas, but she’s not wrestling again due to the serious risks involved.
Roman Reigns announced on October 22nd that he has been battling leukemia for the past 11 years and although he beat it before, the awful disease is now back and he was forced to relinquish the WWE Universal Title in the process. Although he’s not technically injured, he’s unable to work and do what he loves so he made the final entry on this list as default although he probably should have been first.
Reigns has started treatment to eradicate the disease once again and he promised that he will be back very soon, we just don’t know exactly how long that will be seeing how leukemia treatments can vary dependant on the exact type of leukemia he is suffering from which still remains unclear. But we can’t wait for his return.
