Reason Why Kalisto Appeared To Be Injured At WWE Survivor Series

WWE Survivor Series kicked off with a kickoff show as all WWE special events do at this point. During the tag team elimination match, it appeared that Kalisto was injured during the match and Gran Metalik jumped on the apron to cover for his Lucha House Part stablemate.
We previously reported that Kalisto appeared to be injured during spot early on in the match and the commentary team even took notice of the switch and made some jokes in the process, but PW Insider reports that Kalisto is okay.
Apparently, Kalisto’s “injury” was just a way to get Gran Metalik in the match. Kalisto was reportedly fine backstage so there is no need to worry.
Hopefully, we will go a very long time without another WWE Superstar injury because they’ve had some awful luck with a few Superstars getting hurt in recent memory.
