CM Punk left WWE in 2014 to make a new career for himself outside of his comfort zone in pro wrestling. Since then he said he was going to become a UFC fighter and that’s what he did. But his only two fights have come up with hard losses to take.
The Associated Press recently had a chance to speak with CM Punk and asked him if another fight could be down the road. It turns out that Punk is busy right now, but he’ll get back to them on that. But when you’re talking about a guy like Phil Brooks you can’t rule anything out completely.

“Since my last fight, I’ve been juggling a half-dozen things. I kind of gave myself a deadline of the beginning of the new year to find out what is coming next. I don’t rule anything out, absolutely not.”

Another fight in MMA for CM Punk is much more likely than another match of any kind in a pro wrestling ring. But at this time, Punk is very busy and seems to be happy doing what he wants as he continues to explore other avenues of entertainment.
