Cody Rhodes felt something pop in his knee the other night at an ROH show, but he carried on with the match anyway. But the next morning he was in a lot of pain.
After letting fans know his knee hurt in the first place, he later updated them saying that he had an MRI scheduled for today. Now he has good and bad news to report.
Cody said the good news is that his doctor is confident that his MCL/PCL/ACL are good to go. But the bad news is the meniscus is damaged so a scope will be required.
At this point, none of Cody’s appearances are being called off or adjusted and he will definitely be at the Final Battle main event and NJPW’s Wrestle Kingdom 13. This is good news for Cody and hopefully, everything will remain ship-shape from this point on for The American Nightmare.
So this was both good and bad news… but at least it’s mostly good news for Cody.
