WWE’s women’s division has seen a huge transformation in the past few years. Divas turned into Superstars and their matches started getting more of a focus. Now with Evolution coming up next month is the first-ever all-female pay-per-view, it seems like the next phase will be an exciting one.
Renee Young recently spoke to The Ross Report about the current evolution of the WWE women’s division. One big change would be a Women’s Tag Team Division, and Renee said she thinks that is one the way as well.

“I think it will happen. I don’t think we’re too far from it to be honest. There’s more happening, there’s more women. You know I know a lot of people would love to see a women’s tag division and we’re starting to have enough women to do that. To have that roster and that depth in their division that they can really start having their own pay-per-view it’s amazing.”

Only time will tell what the next step is for the women’s tag team division, but it seems like Renee Young has certainly heard the public outcry for a women’s tag team division sometime soon in WWE. With Evolution coming up soon, we could always see that as the WWE women’s division’s next step as they continue in the WWE Women’s Revolution.
