Despite the immense success Vince McMahon has had over the years, there is no denying the WWE Chairman is getting on in age. Jim Ross revealed a while back that the belief is Triple H will be taking over for his father-in-law whenever McMahon retires as Chairman.

In an update to this story, The Wrestling Observer Newsletter is reporting that two men are already seemingly aligned with Triple H in the lead-up to the eventual takeover for McMahon. These two men are former TNA/Impact Wrestling personnel James Long and Jeremy Borash.

We previously reported Long was hired by WWE to work behind the scenes with the WWE NXT brand. This was a huge blow for Impact Wrestling as Long had been the lead producer for their product for a long time and was called by many to be a genius.

Borash has been working for WWE a while longer than Long, though his exit from Impact was just as notable as with Long. Borash had worked with Impact since the beginning and was an integral part of their product.

These two men will likely have a huge impact on WWE in the years to come, as they are both core members of the foundation Triple H is building. The Observer also adds that a lot of the other backstage hires for NXT are set to join these two men, but they didn’t name anybody specifically.
