Another Top NXT Superstar May Be Headed To WWE Main Roster

EC3 and Velveteen Dream had a great match at NXT TakeOver: Brooklyn IV, but even though Dream had “call me up Vince” written on his tights, apparently they were looking at his opponent.

Dave Meltzer said on Wrestling Observer Radio that EC3 is one of the names he’s heard that could be getting the call they want from Vince McMahon soon enough.

“EC3 lost so I wonder if he’s going to the main roster. Becuase I’ve heard his name. You know how things go, they make decisions and they change their minds. I heard his name in the last week. But there’s a lot of names I’ve heard, so that will be interesting.”

It looks like even if we don’t see EC3 make a main roster debut soon, WWE has their eyes on a few people who could come up and shake things up after SummerSlam. Only time will tell, but it might be a good idea to watch the Raw and SmackDown following SummerSlam anyway, even with EC3’s torn up face following his war with Velveteen Dream.
