Brock Lesnar’s return to the Octagon felt a lot more like a pro-wrestling segment than a regular MMA fight challenge. The confrontation, the physical interaction and the promo at the end, it all looked like something out of a WWE show.

Some UFC fighters, however, were furious with this allegedly staged confrontation. They’ve taken to their respective Twitter handles to express their displeasure about the segment.

Brian Camozzi, a Welterweight fighter in the UFC, thought that the segment was the “lamest fake confrontation” of all time.

The current #2 Heavyweight fighter in the world, Curtis Blaydes, was extremely unhappy with Lesnar’s return segment. Blaydes said that he’s sick of the UFC’s decision to use WWE-esque “fake arguing” to draw casual fans.
