SmackDown Live Superstar Becoming Official US Citizen Today

Maryse Ouellet is a familiar face to the WWE Universe. The wife of current SmackDown Live Superstar The Miz and a former Divas Champion in her own right, Maryse is now reportedly ready to accept her US citizenship.

Maryse was written off television back when Miz was on RAW as she was pregnant with their child. Now Miz works for the opposing brand and their child has been born. Monroe Sky Mizanin is a handful, and Maryse is well aware of it.

While still on maternity leave from WWE, Maryse continues to work prominently with the company. Her family is the subject of an upcoming series by the creators of Total Divas and Total Bellas. Miz & Mrs is scheduled to air on July 24, and one can assume Maryse’s citizenship will factor into the show.

In a post to her Instagram account, Maryse revealed this news, sharing a photo of her waiting on what appears to be a black chair as she holds a mini version of the American flag. Check it out below.
