A lot of things went down on Raw this week including Mojo Rawley winning a nothing match against No Way Jose. Mojo didn’t give Jose much of a chance and just beat him. Afterward, he cut a promo about how he’s not hyped anymore because he’s focused.

Dave Meltzer commented on Wrestling Observer Radio how this new attitude from Mojo Rawley could actually reflect a new push for him on Raw as well.

“Mojo won which tells me that they decided they’re going to give him a chance. I don’t know how many weeks it will last but they decided this week. And he’s got a new finishing move, it’s a fireman’s carry and then he just drops the dude.”

Only time will tell but it looks like Mojo Rawley’s new gimmick of not staying hyped but staying focused might pay off in the end. At least he got a new finisher out of the deal.
