Top NXT Superstar Still Not Working House Shows Ahead Of TakeOver: Chicago

Ricochet went down really hard in Paris after a suicide dive missed its mark. He was helped to the back and some fans thought he could be injured.

Triple H said on the TakeOver conference call that Ricochet was still set for NXT TakeOver: Chicago and he just had a banged up shoulder. Ricochet also sent out a tweet saying he was okay because he was Superman.

But it looks like Ricochet, even if he’s not injured, is still being kept off the road. Ricochet showed up at the NXT show in Louisville KY last night but he didn’t wrestle. Instead, he cut a promo.

He has a pretty big battle with Velveteen Dream in Chicago on Saturday so hopefully, he’s not injured enough to get seriously hurt in the process.
