WWE Adding Another Match to Money in the Bank?

As seen on Monday’s episode of RAW, WWE did a spot that saw Elias attacking Seth Rollins from behind following his Intercontinental Championship title defense against Jinder Mahal.

Dave Meltzer indicated in the latest issue of The Wrestling Observer Newsletter that WWE may book this match for the upcoming Money in the Bank event, despite the company already having nine matches on the card.

“With nine matches, including two ladder matches and a last man standing match that all would figure to need time, it doesn’t feel like it needs another match. But on Raw, there was an angle shot that would appear to set up Seth Rollins vs. Elias for the IC title.”
