Jim Ross has been able to overcome several hurdles in his WWE Hall Of Fame career including battling Bell’s Palsy.

JR was recently a special guest at the West Virginia Power minor league baseball game in Charleston, WV and he had a special moment when he got to meet a young fan who looked up to him in more ways than one.

This child suffers from cerebral palsy and he wants to be a broadcaster as well. Ross just told the young fan what his grandmother said about his dream, “Somebody is gonna do it, Jimmy so why not you?”

Jim Ross was obviously thrilled to meet this young fan, and who knows what kind of tips he could have given his new friend on how to succeed at broadcasting?

I love pro wrestling and hate BS. These two things drive me. Years of experience in writing, journalism, and digging exclusive insider info for Ringside News. Worked in finance before realizing pro wrestling journalism made much less sense. Pro beachballs at pro wrestling shows, pro dives if someone catches, anti bullies, olives, and pineapples on pizza.
