SmackDown’s move to Fox is incredibly interesting and as time goes we are hearing more about this subject.

It was noted on Wrestling Observer Live that The New York Times have reported that SmackDown will change to a 3-hour show when their new deal starts in October 2019.

“I’ve heard 2 hours and the only way it could be [3 hours] is if they put the third hour on FS1”

So if you’d like to see SmackDown Live with an extra hour, then you might just get what you’re wanting because Fox could ask for another hour of programming.

It was later noted by Bryan Alvarez that the New York Post credited a story from The Wrap saying they reported the show would be three hours but there was no such report in that article. Therefore it’s still up in the air, but could still be plausible that SmackDown LIve will get an extra hour.
