John Cena & Nikki Bella’s Wedding Not Originally Intended For Mexico

When John Cena and Nikki Bella called off their wedding they were nixing a big event in Mexico complete with a 9-day bachelorette party.

On the season premiere of Total Bellas, Nikki Bella said that she wanted to have Cena’s family and her family all under the same roof.

She said that she thinks the best place to make this happen would be if everyone went to West Newbury Massachusetts where Cena’s family lives.

Later on, Nikki really started to want a Napa wedding and when Brie asked her why she was relenting to Cena’s request for a wedding location Nikki admitted that she “didn’t want to rock the boat” and give Cena a reason to call off the wedding.

Nikki said she felt that it would be a good idea for her family to see where John Cena is from. Obviously, those plans changed eventually and then they changed again.
