Reason Why Seth Rollins’ Finisher Is Now Called The Stomp

In the early years of his career, Seth Rollins wrecked havoc in the WWE with his finisher the Curb Stomp. However, at some point down the line, Rollins was prohibited from using the move and hence had to come up with “The Knee”.

Fortunately, the Architect started using the popular finisher once again some months ago. But this time around, the finishing move has been renamed to just “The Stomp”.

Dave Meltzer reported that the person responsible for the renaming of Rollins’ finisher is none other than Vince McMahon himself.

Yet another instance of Vince McMahon hating on random words that don’t do any damage. The story behind this decision should be pretty hilarious.
