Backstage Update on Ronda Rousey & Her WrestleMania Debut

Dave Meltzer reported in this week’s issue of The Wrestling Observer Newsletter that Ronda Rousey has been training this past week with Sara Amato, Lacey Evans, and Dakota Kai.

Ronda’s involvement in this year’s WrestleMania has spiked mainstream interest in the event and is at it’s highest level in recent years. There are a number of major outlets looking to cover the show for her angle.

The WWE production is also looking to shoot three documentaries — One of WrestleMania, One of The Undertaker’s comeback and one of Rousey’s debut. WWE may also shoot a number of Table for 3 episodes over the weekend as well.
