X-Pac opens today’s show speaking about WWE’s signing of Ricochet. He’s quite impressed by some of the things Ricochet can do in the ring, and he wonders if Ricochet will eventually head to 205 Live instead of RAW or Smackdown. He also points out that some of his peers feel that Ricochet still needs to work on some of the subtleties of his work, but that’s not a big deal in X-Pac’s opinion because all of that stuff is ascertainable while some of Ricochet’s natural talent is unteachable.

WWE also signed Candice LeRae this past week. LeRae is well known on the indies for teaming with Joey Ryan and wrestling against men, and it’s well known that she’s always wanted to work for WWE. X-Pac says he’s very happy for her, and he wonders if this will ever open the possibility of inter-gender wrestling returning to WWE at some point in the future.

Former Mae Young Classic competitor, Jazzy Gabert had neck surgery recently and X-Pac urges all his friends to donate to her Go Fund Me account. He points out that he dealt with neck issues at one point of his career as well and he feels terrible for Gabert right now, especially since it looked like WWE was interested in signing her. He’s sure she’ll work hard to come back stronger than ever.

X-Pac was very sorry to hear the news about Paige’s neck/back issues. She’s still a young woman but she’s been wrestling for a long time, and apparently all that work has caught up with her. X-Pac didn’t like that everyone jumped on this news right away, ruling out the possibility of her every wrestling again, but if that is indeed the case, he’s sure Paige will find another way to entertain her fans.

X-Pac was happy to hear that Goldberg will be this years first inductee into the WWE Hall of Fame. He was so thrilled with how Goldberg’s last run went, and he thinks Goldberg was quite satisfied with how that run ended as well. He certainly deserves to be in the Hall of Fame, so this was a great selection by WWE in X-Pac’s opinion.

He also informs that WWE contacted him recently, asking him to be the focus of an upcoming episode of WWE24. From the time he lands in Brooklyn for RAW’s 25th anniversary, WWE cameras will be following him around and he’s really looking forward to being a part of that.

X-Pac welcomes Scott Hall to the show.

Hall says he’s very excited about RAW’s 25th anniversary next Monday night. He informs that he actually got a text from the office telling him to bring his ring gear to the show, so he suspects he’ll be wrestling during the show. He warns X-Pac that WWE may want them to have a rematch of their classic RAW match from over two decades ago.

Both Hall and X-Pac agree that their match worked out perfect that night. X-Pac had been beaten on RAW several weeks in a row, so when he pinned Hall to pick up the victory the audience exploded in surprise. During that match, X-Pac dove from the top turnbuckle to the outside but slipped when he jumped, resulting in him taking a head-first spill into the exposed concrete.

Hall actually takes the blame for the error that resulted in X-Pac falling that night, saying that he turned around to look at X-Pac too early, which resulted in X-Pac rushing to jump. X-Pac was legitimately knocked out during that spill, but luckily he was able to come around just in time to get the match back on track.

As Hall and X-Pac are talking, Hall informs that he received a text from Kevin Nash. Nash tells Hall that he won’t be appearing at RAW 25 and he probably won’t be attending WrestleMania now either. Hall doesn’t believe Nash and neither does X-Pac. They both guarantee that we’ll see Nash on RAW this coming Monday.

X-Pac asks Hall who he’s a fan of on today’s current roster. Hall says he’s a big fan of Finn Balor, Kevin Owens, Sheamus and Cesaro.

That sums up today’s episode of X-Pac 1, 2, 360. You can listen to the show yourself anytime here, and I’ll catch ya next week for another recap!
