As previously noted, James Storm was rumored to be the next person to enter into the Impact Wrestling Hall of Fame, however those plans could have changed. The decision to induct Storm was made when Jeff Jarrett was in charge of the promotion and now that he’s no longer around, the company may be going in a new direction.

Dave Meltzer mentioned last month that the company was planning on having someone else going in instead of James Storm. At the time of press, it was unknown who that individual was but we can now confirm it was Jerry Jarrett, the person who founded the company.

It remains unknown if Jerry will be going in but we will find out if an announcement is made on tonight’s Bound for Glory event.
