Person Behind Kurt Angle’s In-Ring Return Revealed

Regarding Kurt Angle’s in-ring return to WWE at Sunday’s WWE TLC, it was apparently Vince McMahon’s idea to have him replace Roman Reigns on the card.

PWInsider reports that Angle being Reigns’ replacement was proposed on Thursday and Angle had a physical done on Friday in Pittsburgh. Within minutes of Angle passing the physical, WWE made the announcement about his return on social media.

Right now Angle’s return is said to be a one-off but there door is open for him to do more matches in the future.
