We start off with a look at the tournament and we get comments from Shayna Baszler and Kairi Sane. Renee Young welcomes everyone to tonight’s finals. We take a look at the red carpet ceremony, including members of the cast of G.L.O.W., other WWE wrestlers, and some of Baszler’s fellow MMA fighters. We are in Las Vegas, Nevada and your announcers are Lita and Jim Ross. Kairi Sane walks in the back. We see Shyana Baszler walking with Ronda Rousey and Jessamyne Duke.

Shayna says she takes great pleasure inflicting pain on her opponents. She wants to send a message to everyone in the tournament. If you weren’t shaking in your boots before, you are now. Kairi Sane says she is proud to be part of the Mae Young Classic. Shayna says Kairi is a legitimate contender, but no one knows how to take a body apart like she does. Kairi says that Shayna might be big in MMA, but that does not matter because this is her turf. Shayna says Kairi has a never give up attitude. It will be fun to see the fans react to Kairi losing tonight. We see Mercedes Martinez, Candice LeRae, Mercedes Martinez, and Toni Storm in the crowd.

They lock up and go to a stalemate. They lock up again and Baszler backs Sane into the ropes. Baszler with a clean break. Baszler with a double leg take down but Sane with a rollup for a near fall. Baszler with a head lock but Sane leans back for a near fall. They have a test of strength and Baszler with the advantage and she kicks out Sane’s leg to get her to the mat. Sane with a head scissors take down and a waist lock. Baszler with a standing switch and a round kick to send Sane to the floor. Baszler sends Sane back into the ring and she gets a near fall. Baszler with a boot to the elbow. Baszler continues to work on the elbow as she tries to hyperextend it.

Sane with a rollup after countering a gutwrench suplex attempt. Baszler avoids a shoulder at the legs and then Baszler with an arm bar and she continues to work on the elbow. Sane lands on her feet on a suplex attempt and she goes for a spear but Baszler stops her and hits a gutwrench suplex and she holds on and hits a second one. Baszler gets a near fall. Baszler with a wrist lock as she stretches Sane.

Sane with chops but they have little effect. Sane with double hand chops followed by more chops. Sane with another double chop. Baszler with a running knee against the ropes. Sane hits the spear and both women are down. Sane gets a near fall. Sane with a Sliding D and a drop kick. Sane gets a near fall. Sane with a body scissors. Baszler with a forearm. Sane with a forearm and then she misses a forearm in the corner and hits the turnbuckle. Sane with punches to block a suplex. Sane with an axe kick and she goes up top but Baszler gets up and applies the sleeper on Sane.

Sane starts to pass out but she gets a second wind and uses elbows to escape the hold. Sane with a back fist and Shayna goes down. Sane goes to the turnbuckles but Baszler with a boot. Baszler climbs the turnbuckles and goes for a superplex. Sane with punches but Baszler with a forearm. They go back and forth on the turnbuckles. Baszler blocks a punch and applies a kimura on the turnbuckles. Sane with a head butt and Baszler is in the tree of woe and Sane hits a double stomp but Baszler gets her hand on the ropes to stop the count.

Sane with a sliding D into the corner and sane hits the elbow drop and gets the three count.

Winner: Kairi Sane

After the match, Sane offers her hand to Baszler and they hug. Baszler raises Sane’s hand. Triple H, Stephanie McMahon, and Sara Amato go into the ring and present Sane with roses. We go to credits.
