Speaking about Jeff Jarrett’s recent leave of absence from GFW, Ryback informs that he had a friendly conversation on the phone with Jarrett about a month ago. First and foremost, he sends his best wishes to Jarrett, and he just wishes that company could get a break. He hopes that whoever comes in to fill Jarrett’s void can right the ship and get things moving in the right direction.
Buck says that the wrestling business needs more companies to do well in order for the business to strive in general. Ryback agrees and says in order for WWE’s product to improve Vince McMahon needs competition. He also says that the business needs people moving back and forth, but people are afraid to leave companies now because there isn’t really any alternatives.
Ryback comments on the fantastic match between Braun Strowman and Big Show on RAW last week. Buck and Ryback agree that Big Show is the ‘greatest giant ever’, and he’s also the most loyal employee to have ever worked for WWE. He has always done whatever the company has asked of him, and his huge frame has been taking massive bumps for over two decades.
