Welcome to Monday Night Raw, the penultimate show before WWE SummerSlam!

Less than two weeks away from SummerSlam and we’re about to get a massive match between two of Brock Lesnar contender’s; Roman Reigns and Braun Strowman will face-off in a Last Man Standing match! That’s a hell of a main event and somehow watching these two tear each other apart never gets old. It’s hard to imagine that Samoa Joe will let the match play out without interference, so expect explosions when these guys enter the arena in Toronto!

Bayley is in line for a SummerSlam match against Alexa Bliss….or she was until she got injured. Rumours have been circulating all week that Bayley won’t be able to compete at SummerSlam due to a shoulder injury she suffered on Raw against Nia Jax. We should find out tonight if that’s true or not and whether Alexa needs a new opponent for the biggest show of the Summer!

Dean Ambrose and Seth Rollins are slowly but surely becoming a functioning tag team and it certainly looks like they will be challenging Sheamus and Cesaro for the Tag Team Title’s come SummerSlam. The seeds were sown for this last week and tonight I expect them to grow. This will make for an interesting feud and certainly elevate Sheamus and Cesaro into a high profile program. I’m curious to see where WWE go with Ambrose and Rollins, and if this is a long-term team we’re seeing form.

Finn Balor and Bray Wyatt are set to lock horns at SummerSlam and the two have been trading barbs for weeks. Finally, on last week’s Raw, Finn got a small measure of revenge against Bray when he beat him at his own (mind) game. These two will have a great match but the story is entirely forgettable, although it will be interesting if Finn brings the demon to SummerSlam, because we haven’t seen it for exactly one year at that point!

That’s the preview for tonight’s Raw! Remember to check out our free apps, Ringside News and Ringside Talk, where you can grab all your daily news and chat with your fellow marks! Enjoy the show!
