Russo is joined on today’s show by his co-host Jeff Lane and Glenn Gilbertti (Disco Inferno).

Russo opens up today’s show speaking about the Scott Steiner conference call that occurred prior to Impact’s Slammiversary PPV. He thinks this was a stroke of genius by Jeff Jarrett and Impact Wrestling, because they know that Steiner is a controversial figure who will say controversial things. Steiner did not disappoint, as he put on a show for all media members who were on the call.

Gilbertti says that he was laughing hysterically at some of Steiner’s responses during this call, specifically Steiner’s opinions on the WWE Hall of Fame and on Triple H & The McMahons.

Speaking about a potential Hulk Hogan return to WWE, Gilbertti isn’t so sure that Hogan will have any interest in a WWE return at this point, especially if Gawker pays him his settlement because that sum of money would set Hogan up for life. Russo says that for Hogan, he assumes a WWE return wouldn’t be about the money anyways. He also points out that even in our forgiving society, it has taken a while for Hogan to get over those racist comments from over a year ago.
