Taz doesn’t feel that Percy Watson’s voice cuts through at the NXT commentary booth. He acknowledges that Watson is improving, but he has to work on making his voice cut through similar to Ranallo and McGuiness. Taz says that he feels sorry for any commentator who’s forced to work in a three-man booth, because it’s hard to gain any type of momentum (especially as a colour commentator) when there’s hardly any room to speak.
A listener calls into the show and asks Taz what’s going to happen to Braun Strowman, if WWE plans on putting Roman Reigns back into the Title picture. Taz says that Strowman is a special type of performer who doesn’t really need a Title. If Reigns moves back into the Universal Title picture, Taz pictures Strowman rampaging up and down RAW’s roster creating havoc wherever he sees fit.
The caller also asks Taz if he thinks that WWE is repackaging American Alpha as heels, and maybe they’re the ones behind the attacks on Breezango as of late. Taz doesn’t think WWE is going to go down that route. He has no issue with Alpha turning heel, but they haven’t been pushed well enough as of late to be thrown into this angle with Breezango.
