Taz informs that this is the 400th episode of The Taz Show. He thanks his team and his listeners for the continued support.
Taz really enjoyed the opening segment of Monday Night RAW last night. He was hoping that WWE would do a big pull apart with Lesnar and Samoa Joe, and sure enough we saw that in the first segment last night. Taz is sure that Paul Heyman had a lot to do with booking that segment because it had his creative fingerprints all over it.
Taz thought that the rest of RAW took somewhat of a turn for the worse, but the opening segment had his attention for sure. He liked that a couple of the spots in the middle of the pull apart were specifically highlighted, such as Joe’s side kick to Lesnar. He thought that spot was done very well and the segment as a whole was the perfect length in Taz’s opinion.
He says that it’s exhausting being involved in a pull apart. If you do it well and you’re not lazy about it, you get very winded being involved in this type of segment because you’re fighting off 5-10 men and trying to push through them to get to your opponent. Taz has been a part of many pull aparts, and they are incredibly tiring.
