According to The Wrestling Observer Newsletter, WWE decided to book Sasha Banks on 205 Live as a way to boost interest in the show.
We noted previously that viewership numbers for 205 Live have been very low on the WWE Network and the company isn’t very happy about this. It’s being said that the idea moving forward will try to involve more women from the main roster to appear on the show.
