Maryse is in the ring with a celebration! She introduces her “sexy, sexy” husband. The Miz comes to the ring and before he can speak, the fans chant “You Deserve It”.

The Miz says that chant would mean so much more if they didn’t chant it to everyone who wins a title. But they are right, he’s the only man worthy of the Intercontinental Championship. He says last night he exorcised the demon that was Dean Ambrose and has restored his reign. He raises a glass of champagne with Maryse to himself.

Next a courier brings out a giant box, and The Miz attacks it. Maryse screams at him to stop but he beats it with a chair and drops big elbows on the box. Finally he stops and pulls out a piece of a grandfather clock, broken. Maryse says it was a gift for him, because it’s as timeless as he is. Then she shoves the mic into Miz’s chest and runs off crying. The Miz gets angry and blames Dean Ambrose. He calls Ambrose out and the cameraman standing behind him the entire time, drops his camera and hat! Ambrose hits Dirty Deeds on The Miz before grabbing the champagne and taking a swig.
