Russo admits that the last few weeks have been a rough time for him. He sold his home in Colorado and moved to a cabin in the woods of Indiana. Now he’s second guessing his decision, and he’s not sure if that was the right move for him. He’s considering moving all over again and he’s not afraid to admit that, because when something makes you unhappy in life you have to change it.
Russo welcomes DDP to the show for part two of his interview.
DDP informs that he’s writing a book right now entitled ‘Positively Unstoppable: The Art of Owning it’. He says that people have to own their lives, and by staying positive and believing in yourself, anything is possible.
Russo admits to Page that he’s been battling depression his entire life, and he has struggled dealing with negative wrestling fans over the years. First off, Page urges Russo to simply block these ‘fans’ on Twitter and stop fighting with them. Secondly, he asks Russo if he’s been exercising. Page says that exercise is vital in reducing stress.
Lastly, Page encourages Russo to get control over his breathing. He says that the diaphragm is the strongest part of the human anatomy, but we only use a portion of its power. Learn to breath in for multiple seconds, and out for multiple seconds. Vary the time lengths between breaths and soon you’ll be much clearer headed, and it’ll reduce your temper and stress.
