Taz says that ‘Great Balls of Fire’ might be one of the worst names for a PPV in wrestling history. He says that WWE probably named it that to distract fans from the fact that Brock Lesnar isn’t defending his Universal Championship until July. Taz is amazed that WWE has chosen to keep their Universal Title off of television for this length of time.
Speaking about the House of Horrors match, Taz says that a lot of time, money and effort went into what WWE tried to do in this match. However, this came off looking a little bit weak in his opinion. WWE did a good job of not choosing to shoot this in high definition, but they still failed to accomplish the look that Matt and Jeff Hardy did during their ‘Broken’ reign in TNA.
He says that it appeared as if WWE was caught in between wanting to do this with a high level of production, while also aiming to capture a dingy environment. He also says that he found it hard to suspend his disbelief when Orton appeared in the middle of the ring after having a refrigerator on his back.
