TMZ Sports has released more details to the arrest of Sean “X-Pac” Waltman from over the weekend and it’s not looking good for the former WWE Superstar as he could possible spent up to four years behind bars.
According to the police report obtained, Waltman was believed he had the intend to sell the drugs over seas. Waltman was arrested after drug sniffing dogs did him in. Waltman was on a Customs and Border Patrol watch list for narcotics (presumably due to his history of drug-related arrests).
When Sean went through customs, his name was flagged and a drug dog was dispatched to search his bags. His bags were then search and they found 3 Cannibis chocolate bars, 2 THC liquid cigarettes, 38 meth/Amphetamine capsules. Waltman was also carrying $736.10 in cash. Waltman was booked then for possession of narcotics with intent to sell — a felony.
