Conversation with the Big Guy Recap – Importance of Medical Insurance, Strowman Taking Strides, 205 Live Getting Cut? More!
Ryback says he’s loving the current work of Braun Strowman, specifically both of his matches with Big Show. He thought the two big men had another great match on RAW this past week, and he particularly enjoyed the chain wrestling portion of the match. It might not have been flawless, but it was pretty impressive seeing two men of that size arm-dragging each other.
Ryback also believes that Jinder Mahal has done a great job of getting people to talk about him as of late. Whether it be his physique or his attitude, he has created interest in himself. Ryback finds it interesting that WWE fans criticize Cena or Orton consistently being involved in the main event picture, but when WWE tries to build a new star, they’re up in arms about that as well.
Buck informs that there are rumours that 205 Live is not doing well on the WWE Network, and WWE is considering cutting the show to 30 minutes. Ryback and Buck both agree that this is not the talents’ fault, rather WWE has been positioning them as ‘less than’ right from the start. Because of this, WWE fans do not consider the cruiserweight division important.
That sums up this week’s episode of Conversation with the Big Guy. You can listen to the show yourself anytime here, and I’ll catch ya next week for another recap!
