It was noted a couple months back that Bobby Roode’s “Glorious” theme was originally composed for NXT Superstar, however that Superstar turned it down.

The Wrestling Observer Newsletter reveals that it was Shinsuke Nakamura who actually turned down the “Glorious” theme song as he felt it didn’t fit him. The Observer notes that Nakamura was very hands on with his “Rising Son” theme and in then end it worked out best for both talents because not only did the music fit them well but it also helped them look like huge Superstars.
