Taz says that he really enjoyed last night’s episode of Smackdown Live, but he would have preferred if the announcers weren’t telling him how the crowd was going to react before the show even started. He doesn’t understand WWE’s obsession with making it known that these WrestleMania crowds are from some ‘bizarro world’. By acknowledging their behaviour, they’re simply encouraging it.
He says that he really enjoyed Nakamura’s debut last night, but he felt that Nakamura should have bumped The Miz out of the ring. The Miz is getting a massive push and nothing is really hurting him at this point. Coming off of a huge WrestleMania match which was heavily pushed by WWE, there’s now a clean slate in front of The Miz. A program between Nakamura and The Miz should make for great television.
Taz points out that cutting promos is not a strong point for Nakamura, but Miz is one of the best in the business. As a performer, you have to talk people into seats, so this is a great introductory feud for Nakamura on WWE programming. Nakamura may even get MORE over than he already is, because fans will sympathize with Nakamura while Miz is cutting promos on him. Then when Nakamura finally picks up a mic, he can say pretty much anything and fans will cheer.
