The Taz Show Recap – JBL Attacks Ranallo on Twitter, Wyatt Family Drama, Return of the Curb Stomp? More!
Blocks 3 & 4:
A listener calls into the show and points out that we haven’t seen Erick Rowan since he has been injured, and now Luke Harper has been off television for a couple of weeks as well. The caller wonders if these two talents may team up and attack Orton for what he did to Bray Wyatt. Taz doesn’t think so because the Wyatts are all split up now, and WWE wouldn’t want to circle back on this storyline like that. He also believes that WWE wants Harper to stand on his own at this point.
Another listener calls into the show and asks Taz if he thinks it’s time for Seth Rollins to debut a new finisher. Taz doesn’t like that Rollins has been using The Pedigree for his finisher at all, and he believes each performer should be unique in terms of their finishing move-set. He thinks it’s time for Rollins to debut a new finisher, but he doesn’t think we’ll see the Curb Stomp returning anytime soon.
He says that although the Curb Stomp might look like it can be executed fairly easily, it’s actually a very tough move to execute in terms of timing. If Rollins and his opponent aren’t completely locked in timing wise, the move can be very dangerous. Taz thinks that even when the move is executed well, the person taking the move really has to ‘eat some boot’ in order to make it look realistic.
That sums up today’s episode of The Taz Show. You can listen to the show yourself anytime here, and I’ll catch ya on Monday for another recap!
