X-Pac 1, 2, 360 Recap w/ Bobby Roode – Origins of his ‘Glorious’ Gimmick, Becoming NXT Champion, Plans for Main Roster Debut, More!

X-Pac opens today’s show speaking about the in-ring return of Finn Balor. Balor returned at a WWE live event last week and X-Pac says it was nice to see him back. Unfortunately for Balor, X-Pac feels it’s probably too late to get him on the WrestleMania card, and he thinks it’s more likely that Balor will make his television return on the RAW after WrestleMania.

X-Pac comments on Jack Swagger’s release from WWE. After an 11-year run with WWE where he was once a WWE Champion, X-Pac feels it was time for Swagger to move on and try something new. Once you get stuck in a rut in WWE like Swagger had been, top officials stop looking at you and you get lost in the shuffle. It’s really hard to get out of that spot, and often talents are better off moving on and building their brand elsewhere.

Speaking about the legal battle between The Hardys and Impact Wrestling, X-Pac says that he tends to side with talent in these types of situations, but he’s trying to be objective in this case and look at both sides of the story. He does admit that it’s strange that Anthem is not prohibiting The Hardys from using the ‘Broken’ characters, rather they just want a share in profits earned from those characters.
