It was reported yesterday via PWInsider that WWE would be inducting William Regal into the 2017 WWE Hall of Fame class and the announcement would be made this week.
In an update, PWInsider has retracted their story after speaking to two different sources within the company. The belief now is that Regal will not be inducted this year.
Speaking of the Hall of Fame, there was a rumor circulating that Cyndi Lauper may be inducted this year, however she will be on tour in Australia during WrestleMania weekend.
