Ross welcomes Mike Johnson from PWInsider to the show.
Johnson informs that he was live in New York for Ring of Honour’s show last Saturday and he had a blast. When The Hardys showed up unannounced, the entire building went crazy and Bully Ray’s appearance drew a huge ovation as well. Ross says that he doesn’t mean this as a knock on Ring of Honour, but he still feels that The Hardys’ eventual home will be in WWE.
Ross thought that Sunday’s Fastlane PPV was a solid show which came off as a shinier version of Monday Night RAW. Johnson informs that they received a lot of negative criticism of the PPV on PWInsider after the show aired Sunday night, and he believes it was one of the weaker PPVs that WWE has produced over the last several months.
Johnson thought Reigns and Strowman had a great, physical match and he believes those two men have terrific chemistry in the ring. He understands that Reigns vs. Undertaker is the money match for WrestleMania, but he thought WWE really could have lengthened out the program between Reigns and Strowman for a longer period of time.
Ross agrees with that and says he really enjoyed the match as well. He thinks that we’ll see a lot more of Reigns and Strowman working together in the years to come.
