AEW All In was a massive success in every way and it was the biggest sign that AEW is not a t-shirt company as many used to claim. All in featured numerous memorable moments and it even included Grado making an appearance at the show. Now it appears his All In appearance happened at the last moment.

During his AEW All In promotion, Jeff Jarrett hit Grado with guitar during a TalkSPORT interview. Many believed this would lead to a match between Grado and Jeff Jarret, but nothing of that sort happened.

Grado ended up appearing at AEW All In, as he was flanked by Paul Wight and Anthony Ogogo to confront Jarrett, Jay Lethal, Sonjay Dutt, Satnam Singh, & Karen Jarrett.

While speaking to Cultaholic, Grado reflected on the appearance and how he ended up making it happen. Grado revealed that the appearance happened at the last moment, as he was informed on Thursday.

I got [called] probably Thursday night to be at Wembley. Nothing was ever confirmed. I had people congratulating me after the TalkSPORT spot, ‘Oh my God, you’re wrestling at Wembley, you vs. Jeff Jarrett.’ People were making graphics. I felt so uneasy. I never tweeted anything since the thing with TalkSPORT. ‘I’m staying out of this.’ I didn’t want [to upset anyone]. People were asking ‘why don’t you jump on the hashtag campaign?’ I felt so uneasy.

[When asked when he found out about the segment] Quite later on in the afternoon.

AEW All In was truly a tremendous event that will be talked about for many years to come, as the company finally has momentum on their side after such a long time.
