I personally have not watched a TNA show in probably six months. I look at the cards and match previews for Pay Per Views but nothing seem to strike my attention. Their roster is pretty good, but the way the put on matches and angles are horrible. What ideas do you have that could possibly better the company?

I think a better build to their ppvs cause unfortunately they are doing almost what WCW did and have all their good or great matches on tv and almost disregard their ppvs which produce direct income. Also bring the X Division back to prominence, seems like Hogan and Eric have buried that division. Finally, build up your young talent and cut some of your roster unless you're gonna have a three hour weekly program. That's it, but considering how bad this company has screwed up, it is easier said than done
For me TNA has vastly outdone the WWE this year... Sure they have problems with their writing sometimes, but that has to be expected, it is pro wrestling, and Vince Russo does still work for them... But they made a huge payoff with the Roode story, and even though I didn't want Roode to become a heel at first he's made it his own... The WWEs biggest match and best storyline lasted a month and then they shafted the Raw roster and stuffed up a perfect opportunity to expand the WWEs exposure and stop the downward spiral they have been on...
The past 6 months has been brilliant and their PPVs have been off the charts... EY has been hilarious and is easily better then Santino, Bobby Roode is THE number 1 heel in wrestling atm,
Without a chance viewing of TNA last year I would not be watching mainstream wrestling, as for me it's always been wrestling skill first, mic skill second and the WWE has been producing 2 weeks of crap for every good thing they've done since 05...
Aging wrestlers like RVD, Sting and Angle will always entertain me more then generic snores in the ring like Ziggler, Ryder or Rhodes... Let alone Cena or Orton... But then there's AJ, Austin Aries, Kid Kash, Bully Ray, Crimson, Mr Anderson and Abyss all put on brilliant matches... AJ vs Bully at Slamaversary and Bully vs Mr Anderson are my matches of the year, with Lockdown, Bound For Glory and Destination X being hard to split for PPV of the year...
But back to the crux of this post... What would I do to make TNA better?
There's a lot in the works that I'd love to see produced right, and by heading internationally now and especially into India they are doing a very smart thing while Vince tries to set up his network in the states... Concentrate overseas and then capitalize when the economy forces people to opt out of the WWE network...
At that point is when I'd ramp up the AAA and Indian promotions to include 2 new shows for worldwide TV, I'd make Xplosion a 2 hour UK showcase including a lot of UK talent and coax Regal over to be the champ, I'd also poach Mason Ryan to team with Rob Terry... Thus TNA would be level with WWE in terms of shows that have wrestling on them and aren't recap or review shows, which I would have one that recaps all 4 shows that goes for 2 hours... Each show would heavily focus on the regions demographic, and will hence each offer a different flavour of wrestling, with the Luchadore for AAA, Xplosion having a more old school shoot wrestling feel, and Ring Ka King having a mix of both with more spice and Cheesy gimmicks like Zima Ion and Curry man... I'd also work OVW back on to US TV, in a similar position to what ROH is now, and work on the relationship of TNA, ROH and Cornett to try and get them to favour TNA over WWE for future stars... I'd also work on a relationships with Big and New Japan wrestling companies, as well as make a talent trade deal similar to what WWF did with ECW with CZW... I'd get Morrison, LowKi, Kozlov and Jack Evans on a roster, I'd push Jesse Neal as a singles star with his girlfriend manager (after resigning him of course) as well as scouting the indys for fresh talent for OVW...
As for Impact... I'd send Vince Russo to Ring Ka King, hire Paul Heyman as head booker, but keep Bruce Pritchard on to watch the overheads and tell Paul no, I'd also put Al Snow and D-Low in on screen positions of power with ramifications to Paul to keep him in line... I'd let Hogan sit out the rest of his contract at home, but keep Easy E and Flair around as they make good mouth pieces for struggling heels, they are working on Gunner really well atm... I'd also send Rosita and Sarita to AAA, Robbie E and Jeff Hardy over to Ring Ka King...
Impact would also be taped live and be on the road a lot more, with all 3 other shows either being taped the week of air or live as well depending on schedules and wrestlers availability... Impact would air on a Monday night half an hour before Raw and finish the same time as Raw in the states, with Wednesday showing Xplosion, Friday Ring Ka King, Saturdays AAA and the recap show sunday arfternoons finishing 1 hour before any PPV starts... Outside the US I'd push all 4 shows as much as I could onto the stations that already air wrestling, and target the ones the WWE is on, or similar time slots to WWE programming...
Then there's the belts... I'd make each show have it's own heavyweight title, a luchadore one for AAA, the TV title would then be eligible to be defended on any show vs anyone, and Ring Ka King would have a lightweight belt... in place of the TV title I'd bring in a hardcore title to TNA... Then I'd have the one tag belts with tag teams on all 4 shows eligible as well as challengers from Japan making it a true world title in all senses of the word. I'd have teams on all 4 shows compete for the number 1 contender spots and then face off against the other number 1 contenders from the other shows to challenge for the title at the PPV... As for the knockouts, I'd keep the belts separate like the Heavyweight belt with AAA and Xplosion having their own belts, and would tread lightly in India with a division testing the waters to see what reaction they'd get before installing a belt there...
For PPVs, I'd add a few more proper gimmick PPVs, like Hardcore Justice being a proper hardcore match only PPV, and Night of Champions where the champions of all shows either fight against each other, or defend their belts, I'd most likely scrap the Genesis name for that one... I'd move a few PPVs around so that the semi Finals of the BFG series are at Lockdown or Hardcore Justice, making it easier on the writers to form big feuds for the other matches... As far as the regional shows go, I'd have either a title match or epic feud battle from each show on a PPV plus 4 or 5 matches from the US show as it's the premier product like Raw is for the WWE, and the World Tag Title defense...
I mentioned the BFG series which for me is one of the best things to happen in wrestling this year, even with all the injuries that 'took' people out of contention, it brought meaning to their house shows like nothing has before... I'd tweak it a little to make the injuries more believable and show more of the house show matches on the recap show... I'd then have a similar series on each show, but make them all 4 months long so while one show has just had it's PPV semi finals leading to a final on a TV show and the title match at the following PPV, another show starts it's series...
Big post I know... Although I do enjoy TNA I do see a lot of it's flaws and wish they'd do things better a lot of the time... but in comparison to the WWE which has turned me off of it's product since the screw up of bringing Punk back too early, it's the type of wrestling I enjoy watching...

How would i make TNA better? Wow. Where to start. Well Mickie James has been getting in some main events as of late and putting on the best match on Impact like the Gauntlet match she won, her match with ODB and just this past week with Gail Kim. I'd focus more on the Knockouts Division and have 25% of the show revolve around them which is something WWE are not doing with their Divas. And bring in Melina Perez, Maria Kanellis and Marise Ouelette to make it even more competitive.
TNA is going down
