CM Punk is a picky guy, especially picky about storylines he's in and the direction of his character which is fair enough. A lot of guys don't care, they collect their checks and head home, which is fair enough as well. But what will the WWE do with CM Punk after WrestleMania? Will they put the world title back on him? It seems doubtful but not totally out of the question. Will CM Punk just be left to flounder again? I think it's an interesting question.
I've already let my opinion be heard that I haven't been an enormous fan of WWE's writing the last year or so, even around WrestleMania it just seems lackluster. We will most likely see John Cena leave WrestleMania as champion so where does that leave the straight edged star? To me, the WWE isn't going to kiss Punks ass just because he's a picky guy. The WWE saw something in him, just like we all did and they gave him the ball. But if the WWE doesn't have anything for Punk after Mania could we see Punk end up in TNA? It doesn't sound too far fetched to be honest.
The WWE has invested A LOT in making Punk a bigger star than hes ever been. From the awesome DVD they made to countless hours of promotion, Punk would be TNA's biggest acquisition at this point of all time. The reason I say it's not too far fetched is because Punk is a very controversial guy, if creative goes hey where not giving Punk the ball anymore it might be bye bye WWE. I think it would only be more interesting and awesome if Punk went to TNA, but I'd like to see him stay with the WWE.
We saw Punk have the best WWE title reign in a very long time, maybe this year will be part two, maybe not. We can only hope that the WWE continues to stand behind Punk because he's given amazing match after amazing match. Well that's my rant, thanks for reading!
