SmackDown Live Superstar The Big Show was recently approached by TMZ Sports for an interview, where the newest member of The Bar alongside Cesaro and Sheamus- the SmackDown Tag Team Champions- revealed that he is currently dealing with an injury while addressing rumors and concerns pertaining to a retirement.
Show is, by far, one of the longest-tenured Superstars to be employed by WWE. The massive athlete has been a force to be reckoned with for longer than the majority of the current main roster in WWE have been wrestling for.
Show revealed to TMZ that he has no intentions of retiring. He signed a new deal with WWE last year and is having a lot of fun working for the company right now. Perhaps once his deal expires, Show admits he may be unsure as to whether he should continue, but for now, he is having tremendous fun.
In revealing this, Show led on to the fact that he is suffering from a tweaked hamstring. This injury, depending on the severity of it, can take anywhere from a few days to heal upwards of a few months. Show didn’t seem in pain during the interview, and WWE has yet to acknowledge any injury, so make of that what you will.
The SmackDown Live Superstar had the following comments for TMZ Sports:

“No. I’m still good. I mean, I tweaked a hamstring last week so I’m a little sore- but other than that, no. I’m having fun. I signed a new deal last year. I got a couple of years left, I’m having fun.
“We’ll evaluate in a couple of years.”

Stay tuned to Ringside News for any further updates on Show- though we expect the former Champion will be in top shape sooner than later.
