Seth Rollins came to the ring for an interview with Corey Graves on Raw this week to hype the Survivor Series. But he didn’t want to talk about Shinsuke Nakamura. In fact, he said that he “didn’t give a damn” about that match — he wanted answers from Dean Ambrose.
The Lunatic Fringe soon showed up on the screen. He was standing in front of a red car and there was a burning barrel next to the car. One or both of those things had to play into what he was going to do to prove a point, thankfully, the car remained unharmed.
To cap off his point though, Dean Ambrose pulled out his Shield jacket and after covering it with a little gasoline, he tossed it in the burning barrel to signify that his Shield days were done and that part of his career doesn’t matter to him anymore.
Ambrose’s heel turn is now complete as if his previous attacks on Seth Rollins wasn’t enough to prove that point. Now we will just have to wait and see where this storyline goes from here. But burning his Shield vest certainly sent a powerful message.
