Chelsea Green had a tryout at the WWE Performance Center in June and there are rumors that she signed or will sign with WWE very shortly.
We have been unable to confirm this at the present moment but we will let you know as soon as our source is able to confirm anything. So please keep in mind that this is a rumor at this point. Of course, it’s not unlikely because Green is not only well-liked by many Superstars but she’s also dating Zack Ryder. Who she’s dating has nothing to do with it, but needless to say, WWE is like a family so that aspect could only help her although she did work her butt off to get a tryout in the first place.
The Wrestling Observer Newsletter mentioned that Green was at the WWE Performance Center and while he didn’t say anything about signing her to a contract, it was noted that after ALL IN, “anyone who saw her at ALL IN from WWE would have wanted her in.”
Green is also currently appearing on Lucha Underground as Reklusa Queen Of The Arachnids. LU is a company who has historically locked talent out of competing against them so they can’t work for another company. Perhaps she signed a different type of deal, but that should also be considered in this case as well.
So you can take this with a grain of salt for now, but rumors are that Chelsea Green reported to the WWE Performance Center this week and has been signed. But it should also be noted that at this time her store on ProWrestlignTees is still fully active with all of her shirts available. Most talents have to take their other stores down before signing a WWE contract such as Ricochet, The Hardys, Matt Riddle, Adam Cole, and others.
Green and Ryder live together in the Orlando area which is why they frequent Disney World so often. Therefore the WWE PC is very close to their home. We will keep you updated as soon as we hear anything official in this situation but for now, it might be interesting to weigh all of the information in this situation.

Worked in finance before realizing pro wrestling journalism made much less sense. Pro beachballs at pro wrestling shows, pro dives if someone catches, anti bullies, olives, and pineapples on pizza.
