Could WWE Make An Offer To Steve Austin For One More Match?

The Rock is interested in wrestling again and WWE could afford to pay him. But this brings up the idea of who WWE could bring back next.

Dave Meltzer said on Wrestling Observer Radio they could pay The Rock the same as his movies do to wrestle a match, but they’re not going to. The idea was to offer Steve Austin $10,000,000 for a match as well to spike WWE Network subscriptions and general interest.

“I don’t think Austin wants to wrestle and I don’t think they want Austin to wrestle so bad right now because he couldn’t get medically cleared.”

It was also noted that Austin couldn’t work on the level he could before, therefore it’s probably not worth it to make a return at this point. Becuase Austin doesn’t want to come back and be compromised or limited
